Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 23.2 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.3 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 3 years.

Day 1757

*Day 158 : Chicken Pox Party!*

BRUNCH: AT HOME
@ 1.45 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 pc of ikan keli
- 1 scp of peparu
- 1/4 plate of kerabu perut
- 1/4 plate of sayur jatung pisang
- 2 slices of Tiramisu
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 dash of Cinnamon Powder + 300 ml warm water
350 ml H²0

IN BETWEEN
@ 1 to 5 pm
- 4 pcs of peanut butter crackers
350 ml H²0 x 2 = 700 ml H²0

DINNER: AT HOME
@ 6.00 pm
- 1/2 plate of rice (add on)
- 10 pcs of hati goreng kicap
- 1/4 plate of sayur lemak petola (add on)
- secebis ikan goreng
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water
350 ml H²0

IN BETWEEN
@ 8 to 11 pm
350 ml H²0 x 2 = 700 ml H²0

BEFORE BEDTIME
350 ml H²0
