Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 23.2 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.3 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 3 years.

1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 dash of Cinnamon Powder + 300 ml warm water

SNACK: AT HOME

- 1/2 bowl of Koko Krunch with milk

DINNER: AT BALLROOM, TROPICANA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB

- 1/3 plate of Nasi Hujan Panas
- 1 scp of Kuah Kurma (tak amik mutton)
- 3 pcs of Buttered Prawn
- 1 pc of Kurma Kambing
- 1 pc of Ayam Kuzi
- 1 scp of Mixed Veggie Chinese Style
- 1/2 scp of Acar Buah
- 1 cup of Mango Puccing with Vanilla Ice Cream
2 glasses of Air Sirap Selasih
1 cup of Hot Tea with sugar
