Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

How to Pay Renewal Fee Via Online, Phone and Email Order Form

note: Effective March 11, 2014 (Tuesday), all documents & payments will be accepted through Herbalife's new email - MyDSSupport@herbalife.com


Salam and Hi..

It gets tiring repeating the same old thing over and over again, eventhough I have actually explained to some of you and even emailed you a lengthy instruction on how to renew your distributorship. but since some of you have a hard time remembering and referring back to the instructions i've sent you, i'll make a blog entry just for the sake of 'Paying for Renewal Fee'. next time, i do not want to hear the question, "How do i renew my distributorship?" anymore. clear?
For those who are not my downline, this is something your own upline/supervisor should teach, or u could even ask Herbalife directly. it's an easy task if you're used to ordering on your own.

I'll be sharing 3 methods for you to choose from:
1) via online using internet ordering
2) through phone
3) using email order form.

A) How to Pay Renewal Fee Online

Here's how to pay for your Annual Processing Fee (a.k.a Renewal fee) via Internet Ordering.

1. The first thing you need to login Herbalife Malaysia Internet Ordering website is a pincode. If you don't have your pincode, you may request it here or call HL and ask them for a temporary pincode.

2. When you have the pincode, login into this website - myen.myherbalife.com using your ID num (MY******) and the pincode you got from Herbalife.

3. Once you're in, click on ORDER PRODUCTS and select Order by SKU. Under SKU, key in = 0142 and Quantity = 1. that is the product code for F1 choc. Don't worry, we're not going to order that F1 choc. We need to key in a random product so that we can go to the next page. This is the only way for you to view the renewal fee add to cart box. Now, click ADD TO CART dan click CHECK OUT.

4. Now, look at the top right corner, you may see a small box with ANNUAL PROCESSING FEE (APF). Click ADD TO CART, to add the annual processing fee. You may now remove/delete the F1 Choc from the cart.

* please note that they are 2 types of Annual Processing Fee.
9909 - APF for normal distributors with 25-42% discount = RM 38 per year
0909 - APF for supervisor with 50% discount = RM 170 per year

5. When your shopping cart has only 9909 or 0909, click CHECK OUT.

6. You're now at the Payment page where you may select the methods of payment.

a) if you have already registered your credit card with Herbalife, tick on 'credit card' and u only need to insert your CVC number and click submit. your order is confirmed!

b) if you want to pay using wire transfer, just tick on 'wire transfer' and click submit. when paying using wire transfer, there is another step u need to do in order for u to inform you payment to Herbalife, which is to transfer the money to Herbalife Maybank account and email Herbalife the details of your payment at MyDSSupport@herbalife.com. you may proceed to this link to know what to do next. your order will not be confirm until you have inform Herbalife the details of your payment.

Email to Herbalife all the details below
- date and time of transaction (give details or/and transaction receipt if any)
- amount of transaction
- your ID Number
- the order number

7. That's it.. your renewal fee has been paid! repeat this action for the following year if you want to remain as a Herbalife Distributor. Remember to pay your APF before your expiry date ends.

B) How to Pay Renewal Fee Through Phone

Here's how to pay for your Annual Processing Fee [APF] (a.k.a Renewal fee) via Phone.

1. Call Herbalife, 03-2687 6333 and tell the operator you want to renew your distributorship.

2. The operator will ask your ID NUMBER, so let them know MY******.

3. The operator will ask the method of your payment, whether you will be paying using credit card or wire transfer.

a) if you have already registered your credit card with Herbalife, just let the operator know that you want to pay your renewal fee using your registered credit card. you will need to verify by telling the operator your last 4 digits of your credit card number and also your IC NUMBER. the operator will processed your order and your renewal fee has been confirmed! you will receive an order number, keep that as reference.

b) if you want to pay using wire transfer, tell the operator that you'll be paying using wire transfer. the operator will give you an order number, but your renewal fee is still pending until you call Herbalife back and let them know that your have paid. you should transfer the money to Herbalife Maybank account and call back Herbalife to tell the details of your payment. just tell the operator your ID number, your Order number, the date and time of transaction and the amount you have transferred to Herbalife bank account. the operator will processed your order and your renewal fee has been confirmed! you will receive an order number, keep that as reference.

4. That's it.. your renewal fee has been paid! repeat this action for the following year if you want to remain as a Herbalife Distributor. Remember to pay your APF before your expiry date ends. :P

C) How to Pay Renewal Fee Using Email Order Form

Here's how to pay for your Annual Processing Fee [APF] (a.k.a Renewal fee) via Email Order Form.

1. If you don't have any 'email order form', you can download them at my blog here - Email Order Form. You may download the forms at Herbalife website, they will update the forms if there's any changes in product and pricing.

2. What to fill in order to pay for renewal fee :-

a. Order month
b. Purchased By
c. Fully Qualified Supervisor
d. Delivery method
e. Ship to (for delivery only)
f. Discount
g. Payment method
h. Your order
i. Shipping instructions (for those paying using 'wire transfer')

3. Please fill in the form using capital letters

a. Order month

e.g Order month : NOVEMBER

please make sure you're aware of the End Of Month (EOM) of each month. please do not assume that EOM for each month is the same as the one in the calendar. :P

like for the month of December, the EOM is usually 3rd January as Herbalife will give extra days if the EOM falls on a public holiday.

b. Purchased By

for this section pls fill in ur name and ID Number

c. Fully Qualified Supervisor

fill in ur supervisor's name + ID NUM. well, if you are happen to be a supervisor yourself, you should fill your name instead. you shouldn't use your supervisor's name once you yourself is already a supervisor. u cannot leave it empty. if u do, ur order will not be processed

d. Delivery method

if u noticed.. there's 3 delivery methods. for renewal fee, if you're only going to pay for your renewal and not purchasing any other products, choose PICK UP.

e. Ship to (for delivery only)

please leave this section blank, if you're only going to pay for your renewal fee. there's no point of putting an address. :P

f. Discount

insert the current. if you still at 25% discount, type in 25%. make sure u key in the correct discount u've earn. u have to keep track of ur vp.

g. Payment method

either:
- credit card (if any)
- wire transfer : online banking, ATM transfer, Cash Deposit or BANK transfer

i) credit card
- to pay using cc, u need to register ur cc with HL 1st. fill in this section if u have registered ur cc. just select either VISA/MASTERCARD, add in ur card num, the expiry date, and the name of the cardholder.

ii) wire transfer
- if u do not have any cc / did not register ur cc, u can pay using wire transfer. either using online banking, ATM transfer, Cash Deposit or BANK transfer.
- HL bank account (Maybank) is included in the order form.
- before submitting ur order, u have to submit the payment 1st in order for HL to confirm ur order. HL will not process forms which DO NOT include the date & time of transaction/payment.
- if u're paying via cc, u don't need to inform HL. HL will automatically process ur order, and charged it to ur cc.. just make sure u've registered ur cc with HL 1st and fill up your credit card details correctly :P

h. Your order

- just key in the product code for renewal fee. please note that they are 2 types of Annual Processing Fee.

. u can refer either from the 2nd sheet in the same excel file.. named Pricelist.. or u could refer to ur 'paper' pricelist.
- type in the product code, press ENTER, type in the quantity, press ENTER. the form will calculate the total for u.
- make sure u key in the correct code which represent the correct renewal fee for your distributorship.

i. Shipping instructions

- for those paying using 'wire transfer' u have to let HL know that u have paid for a particular order. so in the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS (FOR DELIVERY ONLY) section, it should be fill it with the date and time of transaction and the amount you transfered. you can even write in the email you attach your email order form the payment detailed if you can't fit everything in.
- e.g.. "Paid RM 38 using wire transfer on 01-11-11 at 1:11 pm"

Email to Herbalife all the details below
- date and time of transaction (give details or/and transaction receipt if any)
- amount of transaction
- your ID Number
- the order number

4. after all that is done, sent it to this email - MyDSSupport@herbalife.com

if u happen to be confuse with something, pls share it with me or with your own coach. :))

extra notes...
- If you were to pay late the last 2 years, you may have to pay for 2 years worth of renewal fee, so please reconfirm the amount your need to pay (with Herbalife) to ensure that your distributorship doesn't expire or get terminated. if you are a normal distributor and you did not pay for the 2nd and 3rd year, the total of your renewal fee should be RM 38 x 2 = RM 76.
- It is recommended to pay your renewal fee 3 months before your expire date ends. :P
