Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

Recipes using F1 Cappuccino (Part 1)

PERSIAN CAPPUCCINO

When you tempted to reach for a coffee, try this creamy luxurious version! Cappuccino laced with sweet dates, and full of nutrition too - an ideal treat with an exotic aroma!

Ingredients:
1 scp F1 Cappuccino
250 ml low fat milk
3 pcs dates (seeds removed)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the dates are completely blended.

OREO® CAPPUCCINO FRAPPE

Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons Formula 1 Cappuccino
1 cup ice cubes
2 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, broken into pieces

Directions:
Place milk, F1 cappuccino and ice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add cookies; pulse 2 or 3 times or until cookies are chopped. Pour into glass.

CAPPUCCINO SHAKE

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Formula 1 Cappuccino
120 ml low fat milk
3 ice cubes
4 ounces non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon instant coffee

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

CAPPUCCINO CREAM DESSERT

A divine combination of low fat ice cream and F1 Cappuccino, with a dash of almond essence. This one is a coffee lover's dream, and if you like your coffee dripping with cream, you'll have found the perfect F1 shake alternative. Go on - spoil yourself!

Ingredients:
1 scp of F1 Cappuccino
1 scp of low fat Vanilla ice cream
150 ml low fat milk
a drop of almond essence

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

FAST BREAKFAST

A zingy, fruit sensation with an unexpected spicy edge. The combination of F1 Cappuccino and cool fruit creates a strong aromatic flavour. The perfect wat to kick-start your day.

Ingredients:
1 scp of F1 Cappuccino
250 ml unsweetened orange juice
3 dried apricots

Directions:
Blend and Serve.

The ideal alternative to breakfast with a coffee, this hearty shake combines the two! A satisfying savoury option for all those people who believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Ingredients:
1 scp of F1 Cappuccino
150 ml yogurt
2 tbsp oat bran
100 ml low fat milk
30 g corn flakes

Directions:
Blend and Serve.
