Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

How to take F1, F3, teamix

Formula 1 a.k.a F1 (the shake)
a) without F3
(i) Basic Recipe : using 200 ml liquid
- 200 ml water + 2 scoops of F1
- blend or mix with shaker

(ii) Double Amount : using 400 ml liquid
- 400 ml water + 4 scoops of F1
- blend or mix with shaker

b) with F3
(i) Basic Recipe : using 200 ml liquid
- 200 ml water + 2 scoops of F1 + X scoop of F3
- blend or mix with shaker

(ii) Double Amount : using 400 ml liquid
- 400 ml water + 3 scoops of F1 + X scoop of F3
or
- 400 ml water + 4 scoops of F1 + X scoop of F3
- blend or mix with shaker

You can mix fruits or other solids and liquids into your shakes. But REMEMBER, the limit for shakes is 300 calories! if you over do it, ur shakes will no longer be a low calorie shakes. :P

Type of liquids
. plain water
. plain or flavoured soymilk / milk
. yogurt drink or thick yogurt (add water to dilute)
. fresh fruit juice
.. etc

Type of solids
. cooked oatmeal / nestum / cereals
. psyllium husk
. oatmeal biscuit / iko biscuit
. fruits / veggies
... etc

Formula 3 a.k.a F3
- F3 can also be added to your F1 or stirred into other food and beverages, including cereal yogurt, sauces and soups.
- i seldom add F3 into other food, i'm too lazy. The most frequent would be, adding F3 into my Hot Milo (it acts as my milk). Usually, i'll always mix my F3 with F1. U can try to mix your F3 into other food if u want to!
- amount of scoops needed for F3 depends on your BMI and height, pls refer to the Lean Protein Estimator (pdf file).


Tea mix
- Scoop out 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of teamix into ur mug and mix with hot/warm/cold water. Recommended - Hot/Warm water.
- if u feel the taste of 1/2 a teaspoon of teamix is too strong for you, you can use 1/4 a teaspoon instead.
- reduce or increase the amount of teaspoon to suit you taste.
- after drinking your shakes, wait for 1/2 an hour (or more) before drinking your teamix. this is to give time for the nutrients of F1+F3 to be absorb.
- you can drink your teamix right away after normal meals, as it will help wash out the oil and fats from the food you've just consumed.

Basic Recipe: using 200 ml liquid
- 250 ml water + 1/4 teaspoon of teamix
or
- 250 ml water + 1/2 teaspoon of teamix

amount of liquid can be adjusted to your liking. however, i DO NOT recommend you to mix your teamix in a jug / tumbler (you do not need to drink teamix that much). 1 mug/glass after every meal/shakes should be enough. teamix should be made fresh and drank hot/warm.

* WARNING:
- for those who are normal healthy adults, the maximum amount of teamix is 2 teaspoons of Teamix a day - read this.
- it is recommended that those who are breastfeeding/pregnant mums, and with serious medical condition (HBP, migrain, abnormal heart beat.. etc) should consume a maximum of 1 teaspoon of teamix per day.
- pls make sure u drink enough plain water to replenish yourself after drinking teamix. follow ratio... 1: 2 = teamix:water or 1:3=teamix:water. amount of water should be at least double or even better, triple the amount of teamix. for more info, pls read Teamix to Plain Water Ratio.
