Summary of my weight loss:
Loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches in 10 MONTHS with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal!
Loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

nak bgtau..td pegi timbang berat. berat turun 2kg. yeay!hehehe

Minggu ke-2 ni berat susah plak nak turun.sikit je turun.tp baju2 yg ketat giler dulu dah longgar la. hehe. Mungkin sbb disiplin kurang jgak kot. pastu kdg2 makan tak sempat sbb bz sgt. air pun kurg..

semalam dah hari ke 35, so pg timbang, total weight loss 6.7 kg. measurement badan x sukat lg. tp jeans semua ada longgar2 skit esp kat perut dan thighs.
